CRISI DELL’IPERREALISMO A MIRAFIORI.

Raramente vince chi perde (e viceversa). Ma è quanto è accaduto al referendum di Mirafiori, come commenta Vendola . Il 46% dei NO pesa qualitativamente di più perché ottenuto avendo contro il Governo, in contrasto con i partiti politici rappresentati in Parlamento (tranne l’IDV) e senza il sostegno della maggioranza dei media.

I “non-vincitori” sono in primo luogo la Fiat e i sindacati firmatari, perché con questo risultato sarà difficile gestire lo stabilimento torinese escludendo la Fiom, come spiega Scalfari.

Ma il referendum di Mirafiori è anche stato anche proposto come un momento e un luogo simbolico di transizione del sistema di relazioni industriali italiano. E in questo senso la tenuta del fronte del NO ha significato un passaggio a vuoto per la nuova cultura iper-realista che sta cercando di imporsi in Italia.   

  Iper-realismo ha qui un doppio significato:

Una numerosa minoranza di operai si è ugualmente rifiutata di accettare come “obbligatorio” il sistema capitalistico-finanziario attualmente imperante. Un rifiuto sensato, considerando gli esiti catastrofici - sociali, ambientali ed economici- che tale modello economico globalizzato ha generato e continuerà a generare unless it is subjected to a strong change of heart.

Sicuramente il linguaggio utilizzato da Marchionne in alcuni casi appare inaccettabile("Se vince il NO brindo a detroyt"),ma nei vostri commenti mi sembra(con tutto il rispetto)di notare una scarsa attenzione al merito della questione e al contenuto dell'accordo. Intanto vorrei sottolineare come sia improprio parlare di un "accordo imposto"da Marchionne(o come dice Landini con un linguaggio che ritengo superato:"imposto dal padronato").Si dimentica che l'accordo è stato concluso tra la dirigenza e le associazioni sindacali maggioritarie (teniamo conto che la FIM-CISL raggruppa la maggioranza degli iscritti di Mirafiori),dopo trattative nelle quali ogni parte ha adottato posizioni iniziali rigide e via-via successivamente ha proceduto a limare e mediare,come avviene in ogni transazione(andatelo a dire a Bonanni che l'accordo è stato imposto!). Dopo questa precisazione linguistica che mi pare utile per procedere il più possibile utilizzando un linguaggio neutrale e poco denotativo, imito ad approfondire alcuni punti. Dialogo come riconoscimento del carattere intersoggettivo della verità, che si realizza attraverso la condivisione e la mediazione. Dialogo che permette alle società di esistere e di “tenersi” senza frantumarsi in atomi o corpi separati vaganti per lo spazio vuoto e confliggenti. Dialogo che non può essere sostituito o negato, perché oltre la sua soglia non resta che la violenza. 

Per sostenere questo diritto minacciato penso sia giusto sostenere lo sciopero generale indetto dalla Fiom per il 28 Gennaio. Penso anche sia giusto votare “No” al referendum Fiat, perché il dialogo   è il diritto indisponibile per eccellenza.

Marchionne dice che la Fiat se ne andrà da Mirafiori, se non passeranno i si. Mi piacerebbe vedere raccolta questa sfida, collettivamente.
