Stavolta lo facciamo autobiografico, il post. Perché la coppia “concetti e progetti” in politica va bene (anzi è un grande lusso, in tempi di escort e abigeato) ma il Niki nazionale ci insegna che bell’effetto che fa la narrazione. Allora ecco cosa posso dire di strettamente personale su scuola e università, che vengono “riformati” in questi giorni. Per poi provare a dire che cosa penso si possa fare.
Mi limito pertanto a parlare di arruolamento del personale docente nella a) scuola secondaria e B) all’Università.
a) Mi laureo in filosofia nel 1996 con 110/110 e lode e nel 1999 partecipo a quello che resterà l’ultimo esame di abilitazione per l’insegnamento di storia e filosofia. All’epoca sono ligure ma vado a fare il competition in Lombardy, because I know there are several schools and a ministerial decree states that for three years the regional lists will remain locked to prevent questionable transfers (to avoid that is to say that judging more "lenient" encourage students in their region).

a.1) A settembre 2001 sono fiduciosamente in attesa della chiamata per iniziare il mio nuovo lavoro di insegnante. Ma d’improvviso fanno la loro comparsa sulla scena della scuola i primi “ sissini ” una razza agguerritissima reclutata e armata dall’allora Ministro dell’Istruzione Luigi Berlinguer. Si tratta di potenziali professori che non hanno fatto il concorso ma che si sono allenati per due anni in una scuola universitaria a pagamento (anche abbastanza costosa) chiamata SISS – Scuola Specializzazione Insegnamento Secondario - e ora si sentono pronti ad insegnare. Io, che sono tradizionalista, pensavo e penso che non c’è nulla di meglio che un bel concorso per stabilire il merito, ma già allora evidentemente ero jurassico.
Il ministero questi sissini l’ha allevati e li preferisce largamente a chi ha fatto il concorso, trattando questi ultimi come figli di un dio minore. Il dubbio è che la simpatia del ministero sia un po’ interessata, perché i corsi abilitanti delle triple esse sono a pagamento e costituiscono una forma di finanziamento delle università, oltre che permettere l’istituzione di nuove cattedre per la felicità di tanti professori che si trovavano senza studenti e senza corsi. Per premiare le sue creature “sissine” il ministero gli regala un punteggio strabiliante nella graduatoria per l’insegnamento, punteggio che praticamente non ha totalizzato nessuno degli abilitati tramite concorso. E questa lauta regalia è assegnata indistintamente a chiunque finisca la siss, anche perché questa scuola non prevede veri esami ma corsi di formazione: la preoccupazione principale è infatti liberarsi da ogni forma di meritocrazia, che potrebbe minacciare Equality grader at the school.

Besides, I already had the certification, remember? I had to do, qualify me twice for the same thing? Become a teacher? And even then I had a strange sense of entitlement, so if something I'd earned the respect of rules was recognized myself.
a.3) However, in subsequent years, nothing happens. Indeed yes, I forgot! That the regional rankings not have been blocked as promised by decree and after one year from the competition a huge mass of qualified South moved north in search of a teaching job. And, god, students in the south were all best in the competition! So I continue doing other work with a great sense of sadness and frustration. E 'in 2002 which I believe I have earned my deep distrust of the state. Besides, since then there have been ministers and trade unionists, but nobody has ever thought of us Winners of the competition. The unions have taken care of those who taught for years without certification and licensing systems have made special and reserved (to understand and speak clearly, we should say easier). God forbid, years of service to be preserved, families to be taken, and what we want to quibble about the absence of licenses required?
On the other hand always went away with the university at heart "sissini" who paid for courses and work as university professors and they were also entitled to a just reward. And we enabled through competition that we had the benefit given to the system - the country? To pass the competition we had not funded any nor the union had asked for help to see defended our rights (because we were not working): it was right then punish us for our arrogance, for this unseemly demand to see prevail in the law school, the merit and objective results!
So first we were put in detention and then in silence, until we are extinct. As Indians, we were first confined in a small enclosed reserves and then we self-destructive, still unable to believe or hope.
Look, I realize that this desire to describe are long gone. And so I close the A side of the post with some brief remarks. As a teacher, "in potenza” e mai di fatto ho imparato le seguenti cose:
